My team has been retained by a local owner/operator/developer to hire a Portfolio Administrator to join their leadership team. This professional will be responsible for managing all administrative and organizational tasks to ensure the successful day-to-day operations of their portfolio. These responsibilities include: serving as the point of contact regarding inspections, insurance, and tenant satisfaction, working alongside the Director of Building Operations to coordinate maintenance, capital projects, and system improvements, and establishing processes/procedures to improve staff efficiency. The successful candidate will work along side the Director of Building Operations and Head of Leasing to establish an effective operations team. This professional must be comfortable with 5 days a week in Jersey City and have a reasonable commute in case of emergencies.
