Job Description:
As an Entry-Level Salesforce Administrator , you will assist in maintaining, configuring, and improving our Salesforce platform to support business operations. You will work closely with senior admins, business stakeholders, and end-users to ensure Salesforce meets organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
Support basic Salesforce configurations, including workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
Help troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
Maintain data integrity through regular audits and cleanup.
Assist in creating reports and dashboards for business teams.
Document processes and provide training to end-users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM (certification is a plus but not required).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn and grow in Salesforce administration.
Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (or in progress).
Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
Knowledge of basic data management best practices.
