The Marketing Director will be responsible for growing brand awareness and generating leads for the company. This position will report directly to the company's owner and will oversee multiple integrated marketing campaigns aimed at specific target audiences. The position will help support the entire marketing process, from the conception of ideas through execution and measurement. This position will help ensure that all marketing activities have the appropriate tone, consistency and quality, and are delivered on time and within budget while upholding our brand standards. This position will also manage our Marketing Team.

Responsibilities:

Festivals & Events: produce monthly marketing plans, coordinate booth/tabling and coordinate travel plans for events.

• Social Media: Plan, execute, monitor, manage and analyze campaigns and performance across multiple platforms - Twitter, Instagram and Facebook
• Liaise with our third-party graphic designer to produce staff gear and marketing materials
• Distribute marketing materials to each office
• Create and manage expense reports
• Review company product and content marketing materials, websites, customer portals, presentations, ect.
• Conduct market research
• Develop creative marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 2(two) years of experience in a Marketing position
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Excel and Word
• Strong marketing project management background

Salary Range based on experience - $55,000-$65,000

Job Type: Full-time
