Location: Yuba City - Hybrid

Salary Range : $110,000 to $120,000 (Discretionary Annual Bonus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee benefit and retirement plan administration, compliance, and audits
• Analyze, reconcile, and report on benefits budgets and pension plans
• Request for proposal RFP - Self Insured knowledge
• Strong knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations, FMLA, CFRA, PDL, HIPAA, FLSA, EEO and California wage and hour laws
• Prepare government filing
• Performs routine review of beneficiary designations for 401(k) plans to ensure timely completion.
• Manage relationships with third-party administrators, legal counsel, and auditors
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IRS/DOL regulations and ensure policy compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing self-funded health & welfare benefit plans
• 3-5 years in a benefits leadership role
• Strong understanding of retirement plan operations (DB/DC), ERISA, and HIPAA
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR/payroll systems (UKG preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Accounting
