Akkodis is seeking a Study Coordinator for a Contract job with a client in Sunnyvale, CA. You will be working on a small, nimble, cross-functional team to support data collection projects on users. You will report to a project lead or onsite manager and will be responsible schedule users for studies, set up and breakdown of study stations, and troubleshooting issues.

Job Title: Study Coordinator

Job Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Job Duration: 12+ Months

Pay Range: $27/hr-$30/hr on W2. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person or remote user study & data collection
• Set up and break down study session areas
• Manage study device inventory
• Prepare, set up, and troubleshoot study devices
• Communication between study/collection and participants
• Ensure participant adherence to relevant study protocols
• Track, review, and clean collected data
• Gather and manage data from test devices
• Record other requested non-data related information and/or study session issues
• Communicate day-to-day results, statuses, and issues pertaining to user study & data collection projects

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a data collection role
• Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with iWork suites
• Basic knowledge of UNIX or LINUX command line
