Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Support Specialist to join our semi-trailer dealership team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing customer communications, updating our CRM system, and preparing all necessary documentation for trailer sales. This role is perfect for someone with excellent organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset who can efficiently handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Communication:

• Respond promptly to messages and inquiries on Facebook and other platforms.
• Answer phone calls, provide basic information about trailers, and redirect more complex queries to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.

1. CRM Management:

• Input new customer information into the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Update existing customer records with relevant details.
• Track leads and ensure follow-ups are scheduled and documented.

1. Sales Documentation:

• Prepare purchase agreements, invoices, and other necessary documents for each trailer sold.
• Verify the accuracy of customer and trailer information in all documentation.
• Ensure all required paperwork is complete and ready for customer review.

1. Administrative Support:

• Maintain an organized filing system for sales and customer records.
• Assist with scheduling customer appointments and coordinating meetings.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the trucking or trailer industry is a plus.

Work Schedule:

• Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule with potential for full time.
