The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is designed to nurture and strengthen talent across our Sales and Market business units, offering a structured pathway to develop skills and capabilities essential for client-facing roles.

Participants in the program will join a dedicated cohort where their professional development journey will be guided by the ELP program office, with direct oversight and engagement from the Business Unit Leadership Team. Graduates of the ELP will transition into client-facing roles, entrusted not only with maintaining the high delivery standards our clients expect but also with driving proactive and vigorous business growth.

Throughout the program, participants will be based in the United States. Upon completion, their location will be determined by client needs, potentially spanning domestic or international assignments in regions such as India, UK, or ANZ.

Job Title: Analyst in Sales, Solutions & Pre-Sales, the role reports to the service line leader

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred

Experience: 2-6 years, preferably in the IT industry

Role Overview: As an Analyst in Sales, Solutions and Pre-Sales, you will collaborate closely with our service line leaders to engage clients, demonstrate service excellence, and drive business growth. This role is pivotal in crafting go-to-market strategies, identifying market opportunities, and building a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with service line leaders to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.

• Identify market potential through strategic planning and analysis.

• Generate leads and explore new business opportunities with clients and strategic partners.

• Craft compelling pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CXO level contacts.

• Own the opportunity identification and validation process.

• Support strategic business planning and data analysis initiatives.

• Contribute to industry research, competitor analysis, and market trends.

• Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking deal pipelines and account initiatives.

• Assist in RFI/RFP responses, deal forecasting, and proposal development.

• Coordinate with internal teams for effective delivery and client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Experience or familiarity with financial management, forecasting, and account planning.

• Domain expertise in sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecom, Transportation, or Travel is a plus.

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.

• Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset and execution rigor.
