```Duties:- Provide retirement plan fiduciary services to business clients, including plan committee reporting preparation, and participant support services .- Maintain client relationships through regular communication and meetings.- Analyze plan design alternatives and develop custom strategies to help business clients achieve their financial goals.- Monitor and manage clients' core 401(k) menu, making adjustments as needed.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in retirement plan consulting.- Collaborate with other professionals, such as attorneys and accountants, to provide holistic plan services in plan design and plan audit support.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.- Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation preferred.- Proven experience in financial services.- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.- retirement plan industry experience whether record keeping, TPA or wholesale financial intermediary- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.```
