The Role:

We are currently seeking a full-time Recruiter. Reminder: this is a full-time and in-person position located in New York, NY. If you are looking for a remote or hybrid position, this is not the right fit for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, delivering top-tier candidates at speed without compromising quality.
  • Own the entire hiring process, from crafting job descriptions to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain robust pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring readiness to scale.
  • Partner with executives and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and refine role requirements.
  • Deliver a seamless and engaging experience for all candidates, from first contact to onboarding.
  • Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire) to continuously optimize hiring strategies.
  • Champion the company’s mission, values, and culture to attract candidates who are as passionate about the work as we are.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the hiring process and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver against aggressive hiring targets without sacrificing quality or culture fit.
  • Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and competitive talent mapping.
  • Thrives in high-stakes environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Clear, persuasive, and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passionate about building teams that align with company values and mission.
