Now Hiring: Estimators & Project Managers – Mechanical, Plumbing, Piping, and Sheet Metal

🔍 Estimator – Mechanical/Plumbing/Piping/Sheet Metal

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and project documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Use estimating software (Quick Pen or TSI) efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Apply deep knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, including:
• Local/national codes & standards (HVAC, piping, plumbing)
• Labor and material cost estimation based on SMACNA and MCAA standards
• Estimate both HVAC and Plumbing systems (preferred)
• Develop detailed project budgets and square-foot estimates
• Assist with submittals, proposals, and client communications
• Maintain organized project documentation and filing
• Interpret project contracts, specifications, and front-end documents

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of relevant estimating experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

🏗️ Project Manager – Mechanical/Plumbing Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
• Oversee all project documentation and communication to minimize risk
• Conduct project meetings and coordinate field supervision
• Handle material/equipment procurement, change orders, and billing
• Track project performance, productivity, and labor efficiency
• Collaborate closely with estimating and field teams for smooth project handoffs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (preferred), or
• 5+ years of progressive mechanical/plumbing project management experience
