Job Description

Our client a globally recognized financial services corporation is looking to hire a Project Manager to join their team in New York, New York. This is a 6-month hybrid position.

As their Project Manager you will be responsible for transforming ways of working across Business, Product, and Technology functions to accelerate customer value and business outcomes. By driving cross-functional collaboration throughout the product development cycle, aligning with architectural standards, and evolving capacity management to support a value co-creation model.

Contract Duration : 6-Months (possibility to extend)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance existing sources of data, managing manual data entry and executing updates across Excel, Airtable, internal tooling, etc.
• o Audit & reconcile data inconsistencies to ensure data integrity is maintained
• o Identify areas of opportunity for data automation and implement solutions to streamline existing workflows.
• o Ensure existing data solutions account for specific use case requests
• o Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project datapoints and next steps.
• o Support with the development of automated dashboards, including requirements gathering, data validation, and automated reporting

Qualifications:

• o Outstanding data management skills, with an emphasis on Airtable, Excel, nVision, and Product Management tooling (JIRA & Rally.)
• o Proficiency in all aspects of Excel, including macros, formatting, formulas, pivot tables, and advanced features.
• o Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate messages to both technical and business audiences across functions and levels.
• o Experience in project management working on large scale, high-priority strategic initiatives.
