Program Executive – Manufacturing Projects

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Executive to oversee and manage multiple high-value manufacturing projects in Houston, Texas, totaling over $80 million. These projects encompass both greenfield and brownfield developments in a high-tech manufacturing environment, focusing on sterile pharmaceutical production. This role is 100% onsite and will initially be offered as a contract position, with the potential to transition into a direct hire role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project oversight: Lead the successful execution of multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Stakeholder management: Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities to align on project objectives and deliverables.
• Schedule and cost control: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, proactively addressing risks and variances.
• Compliance and quality: Ensure all projects meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality expectations.
• Team leadership: Build and guide a high-performing team, fostering collaboration across all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 15 years of experience managing large-scale industrial or manufacturing projects, with a focus on sterile pharmaceutical environments.
• At least 5 years of project leadership experience in a cGMP environment.
• Expertise in greenfield and brownfield project management, with a strong focus on delivering within tight timelines and budgets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and stakeholder demands.
