Dermatology opportunity for experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

$150,000 first year- negotiable - plus bonus

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with skin conditions, including medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic testing.
Diagnose and manage common dermatologic conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin infections.
Perform minor dermatologic procedures, including skin biopsies, cryotherapy, and excisions of benign and malignant skin lesions.
Prescribe and manage medications, including topical and systemic treatments, based on patient needs and current clinical guidelines.
Educate patients on skin health, preventive care, and treatment options for dermatologic conditions.
Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing dermatologic procedures.
Collaborate with dermatologists, physicians, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with advances in dermatology.
Assist in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and best practices in dermatology care.

Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in California.
Proficiency in performing dermatologic procedures.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in cosmetic dermatology procedures such as Botox, fillers, and laser treatments.
