Part Time Hotel Night Auditor/Front Desk Associate Location Newark, NJ :

If you have worked at a Hilton Hotel and are familiar with OnQ/PEP, we would love to hear from you. Customer-service oriented applicants with Hospitality Hearts is what we are looking for.

Night Auditors /Front Desk Associates check in/check out guests, address guest concerns, use Kipsu to communicate with guests, respond on the extra net to 3rd party website messages, check credit cards. handle market sales, and provide amazing customer service to our guests. Our service scores are always above Brand Average. Night Auditors also manage Hotel Accounting, run and send reports and the Audit, and ensure the Hotel is sold out whenever possible.

Pay: $22.90 - $24.40 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
