Job Title: Part-Time Call Center and Marketing Representative

Location: Remote and Union, NJ

Hours: 10 hours/week (flexible scheduling) with additional hours as the business grows

Compensation: $18 to $24 per hour plus bonus incentives.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to handle inbound and outbound calls, support customer inquiries, and assist with digital marketing campaigns. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both speaking with people and creating engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly, helpful manner
• Will be responsible for afterhours on call four to six days/month
• Make outbound calls to promote services to interprofessional organizations such as hospices confirm appointments
• Collect and update customer information accurately in our system
• Assist with email campaigns, social media posts, and other digital marketing efforts
• Track leads, update CRM, and support basic reporting
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and customer service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center, sales, or marketing role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will be working with the bereaved
• Comfort using phone systems, email marketing platforms, and social media
• Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in marketing, communications is a plus
