We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Outbound Event Sales Representative to join our growing events team on a part-time basis. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and generating new event business through proactive outreach and lead generation. As the first point of contact for many of our potential clients, you will play a key role in introducing local businesses, organizations, and individuals to the event offerings at Pin Point.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. You will report directly to the Event Sales Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams including pickleball, golf, bar, and marketing to ensure the successful delivery of event packages.

Outbound Sales & Lead Generation

● Conduct cold outreach via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages (InMail), and in-person visits (door-to-door) to promote Pin Point's event capabilities.

● Identify and pursue qualified sales leads for a wide range of events, including corporate outings, team-building events, social mixers, private tournaments, and celebrations.

● Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly to convert interest into bookings.

Client Relationship Management

● Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, providing information on venue offerings, event packages, and availability.

● Schedule site tours with the Event Sales Manager and initial consultations for interested parties.

● Record and manage all lead interactions, contact information, and status updates in our event management software, TripleSeat.

Team Collaboration

● Partner with the event execution team to relay client needs and ensure seamless coordination.

● Work closely with the marketing department to align outbound messaging with brand strategy.

● Share feedback from prospects to help refine outreach strategies and event offerings.

Required Skills & Experience

● Prior sales experience, preferably in outbound or inside sales, event sales, or hospitality.

● High proficiency with computer systems and digital tools.

● Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
