Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications and Skills
Operations Managers need to be self-motivated and self-directed with a strong desire to succeed in directing and growing the business.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates should be knowledgeable in OSHA regulations and possess a strong commitment to safety.
