What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering top-notch service to patients, families, and coworkers, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Staying current with educational developments to keep your skills sharp and up to date.
- Ensuring our care meets the standards of patient satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Guiding your team in planning and executing nursing care that prioritizes safety and individual needs.
- Taking charge of budgeting and keeping operating expenses in check while maintaining quality care.
- Encouraging staff involvement in community health initiatives and educational activities.
- Leading performance improvement projects to continually enhance our care quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- You have at least 2 years of recent leadership experience in acute care, particularly in Labor and Delivery, with a preference for candidates who have progressive leadership roles. If you're a L&D RN with experience in high-risk cases, we want to hear from you too!
- A BSN is required; a master’s degree or higher in a related field is a plus.
- You hold a Texas RN license (or a compact license is fine!), and you’re working towards or already have your national specialty certification.
- You’re certified in BLS and ACLS as needed.
