About Us

NOYACK Wealth Club (NWC) is a nonprofit dedicated to reshaping how Millennials, Gen Z, and HENRYs (High Earners Not Rich Yet) approach wealth management. At NOYACK, we believe in "Investing for Love"—investing not just for personal gain but to create meaningful security, legacy, and impact for those we care about. Our mission is to provide young adults with the education, tools, and access to alternative investments they need to thrive during the historic $69 trillion Great Wealth Transfer.

Through education, community, and access to private markets, we empower our members to unlock their financial potential. Our flagship publication, NOYACK Wealth Weekly , reaches over 160,000 ambitious Millennials, offering actionable insights on personal finance, alternative investments, and goals-based financial strategies.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Newsletter Publishing & Podcast Production Associate to manage the seamless delivery of NOYACK Wealth Weekly and support the production of our podcast initiatives. The role is operationally focused, ensuring the publication of high-quality, engaging content that reflects NOYACK's mission to empower the next generation of investors.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the mechanics of publishing and multimedia production, who thrive behind the scenes and enjoy making a meaningful impact without directly creating original content.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the logistics of newsletter production, including uploading, formatting, and scheduling content through platforms like HubSpot or Beehiiv.
  • Execute light editorial tasks such as proofreading, fact-checking, and ensuring consistency in brand voice and style.
  • Oversee the content calendar, ensuring alignment between editorial and podcast schedules.
  • Support podcast production by coordinating with subject matter experts and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in video and audio editing to ensure polished podcast episodes.
  • Collaborate with design and editorial teams to integrate multimedia content that resonates with our audience.
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, downloads) and compile reports for ongoing improvement.
  • Provide organizational and administrative support, from preparing interview questions to gathering resources for editorial planning.

Qualifications

  • Current student or recent graduate in Communications, Publishing, Journalism, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience with podcast production workflows, including scheduling and basic audio/video editing.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms like HubSpot or Beehiiv.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in audio and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Audition, GarageBand) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and email marketing best practices is a bonus.
  • Interest in personal wealth management, financial literacy, or alternative investments is helpful but not required.

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-On Experience : Learn the operational side of newsletter and podcast production for a leading financial literacy platform.
  • Tech Skills : Master tools like HubSpot, Beehiiv, and email marketing software.
  • Mentorship : Collaborate with seasoned professionals committed to revolutionizing financial education.
  • Impact : Contribute to a mission that empowers young investors to take control of their financial future.
  • Flexibility : Enjoy the autonomy of a remote role with a flexible schedule.
