  • Lead F&B initiatives related to guest satisfaction, employee engagement, sustainability, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as local and federal licensing requirements.
  • Foster cross-property synergy to maintain consistency while allowing for property-specific personalization and flair.
  • Analyze guest feedback and market trends to continuously enhance offerings and anticipate future demands.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in overseeing complex F&B operations including fine dining, casual dining, banquets, and bar/lounge services.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget planning, P&L oversight, and labor management.
  • Deep understanding of luxury service standards and ability to inspire teams to exceed guest expectations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Culinary passion and operational expertise with a deep appreciation for Hawaiian culture and local sourcing.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
