Job Description

Robert Half Marketing and Creative is working with a Commercial Real Estate client who is looking to hire a Marketing Manager. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN CRE. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, generate leads, and support business development. This role will oversee digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, website management, and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing within the commercial real estate industry or a related field and possesses excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing & Lead Generation

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage clients, prospects, and investors.
• Manage CRM and email automation tools to optimize campaign performance.

Social Media Management

• Oversee company social media channels, creating and scheduling content to enhance engagement.
• Develop social media campaigns to promote properties, company updates, and industry insights.

Branding & Content Development

• Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all marketing materials.
• Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.

Website Management

• Manage and update the company website with fresh content, listings, and blog posts.

Marketing Strategy & Analytics

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company goals.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN CRE
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in commercial real estate or a related industry.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
• Experience with website management (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar CMS) and SEO best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
