Wellful Therapy 🍵 is seeking a stellar Licensed therapist to add to their new team in 2025! We are a growing private practice in Pasadena with an overflow of clients and we are striving to build a practice in the community that gives therapists the opportunity to do work they love without burning out!

Job At-A-Glance:

〰️ W-2 Employment

〰️ Provide individual and couples therapy to clients on a weekly or biweekly basis

〰️ Part-time with opportunity to grow to full-time

As a therapy practice, we aim to support working professionals, stressed-out parents and couples, and highly-sensitive, high-functioning folks to get out of the grind and thrive. We take a balanced approach between more active skills and tools, including mindfulness and mind-body tools, and deeper healing through modalities like EMDR and IFS to help clients get to the root of the patterns they find themselves stuck in. In addition to stress and burnout, trauma and couples are core parts of our practice today.

WHO YOU ARE:

Our most immediate need is to add a clinician to serve the current overflow of clients seeking therapy in our practice.

The right candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Willingness to build toward a minimum of 10 client hours per week, with opportunity to grow to full-time caseload
• A positive attitude and commitment to spreading a positive mindset in clinical work
• Flexible, adaptable, and excited by the opportunity to be a partner in our growth
• Ability to see at least some clients remotely; Remote-only candidates licensed to provide therapy in California will also be considered
• Interest in working with Couples a plus

Requirements:

✅ Licensed and in good standing to provide mental health counseling in state of California

✅ Access to a quiet, private space and reliable internet connection for remote sessions

✅ Maintain compliance with California legal and ethical standards, including accurate and timely documentation, staying current with licensure requirements, and completing all necessary continuing education

✅ Ability to sit for extended periods and ability to work on-site when required

✅ Competency in seeing Couples preferred

✅ Openness to at least one evening or weekend availability preferred
