Job Description

We are looking for a Leasing Agent (immediate start) for a luxury apartment complex in the east metro!

Job Duties/Description:

• Greet walk-in clients and provide excellent customer service
• Answer phone calls from prospective and current tenants
• Conduct tours of vacant apartments for potential residents
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and computer work
• Keep records of all correspondence between management and tenants

Requirements:

• 1-3 years minimum customer service or office experience
• Great social skills and ability to work well with others
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience in a leasing or customer service role is a plus, but not required
