  • Make timely updates to existing flyers and assets as requested
  • Keep graphic source files organized and up to date
  • Design and update email blasts using templates
  • Refresh other marketing assets as needed (presentations, inventories, etc.)
  • Help track and manage incoming tasks in Asana - our project management system
  • Collaborate with teammates and internal stakeholders to deliver great design solutions
  • Support the Marketing team on various creative initiatives as needed

  • Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (intermediate)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint and Word (beginner to intermediate)
  • Excel (basic)
  • Web platforms like WordPress, Squarespace, or Craft (a plus)
  • Photography and drone experience (a plus!)

Your Background:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience as part of a creative team—in-house or agency
  • Experience or interest in digital marketing, social media, or web design is a big plus
