Pinnacle Group, Insurance and Financial Services has an opening for a new position in Lafayette, La. This position will be supporting Managing Partner, Robert Eddy Jr. and two partners in providing outstanding service, value and advice to clients.

Senior Investment & Wealth Management Assistant

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Investment & Wealth Management Assistant to support our advisors in delivering exceptional financial planning and investment management services. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for high-net-worth clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on account activities.
  • Support advisors in creating and implementing comprehensive wealth management plans for affluent clients.
  • Prepare detailed investment performance reports, financial statements, and portfolio analyses for client meetings.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, account openings, and the transfer of assets, ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage scheduling and preparation for client review meetings, including the preparation of meeting materials.
  • Conduct research on market trends, investment options, and financial planning strategies to assist advisors in creating tailored recommendations.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client information, meeting notes, and task assignments.
  • Liaise with custodians, fund managers, and other financial institutions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor accounts for rebalancing opportunities, cash management, and compliance with investment policies.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as processing account changes, tracking deadlines, and coordinating communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a wealth management, financial advisory, or investment firm.
  • Proficiency in financial software and CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Series 7 and/or Series 63 license is a plus.
