🔹IP Litigation Associate – Trademark, Copyright & Brand Protection (NYC)

Join a top-tier Intellectual Property & Technology team with a focus on brand protection and general IP litigation:

• 3–6 years of experience in IP litigation, including trademark, copyright, trade dress, and unfair competition
• Hands-on responsibility with federal court matters, TTAB and UDRP proceedings, and dispute resolution
• Advise on advertising copy, rights of publicity/privacy, and manage global trademark portfolios
• Opportunity to work closely with partners and take on significant client contact
• Ideal for candidates with strong writing skills, a collaborative approach, and a passion for strategic IP counseling

🔹 IP Litigation Associate – Patent Litigation Focus (Washington, DC or NYC)

Seeking a mid-level associate to join a leading patent litigation practice handling cutting-edge disputes:

• 4–6 years of experience in patent and IP litigation in federal courts and before the ITC and PTAB
• Responsibilities include pleadings, motion practice, expert coordination, depositions, and trial prep
• Technical background and Patent Bar admission strongly preferred
• Collaborative team with high-profile cases, deep mentorship, and cross-practice exposure
• Perfect for candidates eager to deepen their experience in complex, tech-driven litigation
