AWS/CES is seeking a Superintendent for an HVAC Service client in Norcross, GA

📍 Location: Norcross, GA

🕒 Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire

💰 Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 DOE + Benefits

Position Overview:

Responsible for overseeing the on-site operations of HVAC construction projects. This role involves managing the day-to-day activities on the job site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities for HVAC projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and per specifications.
• Enforce and uphold all safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Direct and manage subcontractors and on-site crews, ensuring quality and accountability.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify workmanship and compliance with project plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to communicate progress and updates.
• Coordinate the timely delivery and condition of materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate daily reports on personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Assist with project documentation, reporting, and close-out.
• Organize and lead site meetings, coordinating with engineers, project managers, and clients.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC or general construction management.
• Proven leadership with the ability to manage and motivate on-site teams.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, construction methods, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
