Commercial/Industrial HVAC Project Manager

Location: Denver, CO

Currently seeking a Commercial/Industrial HVAC Project Manager to oversee project turnover, coordination, scheduling, and site-based progress tracking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC project management within commercial and industrial settings.

Responsibilities of the Commercial/Industrial HVAC Project Manager:

Manage project turnover from development to execution.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless workflow.
Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines.
Track on-site progress, proactively addressing delays or challenges.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain efficiency.

Requirements of the Commercial/Industrial HVAC Project Manager:

Proven experience in HVAC project management within commercial/industrial settings.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.
