Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
• Identify and recruit top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline for critical roles.
• Build and manage a scalable onboarding process that supports rapid growth.
• Implement employee retention and engagement strategies to reduce turnover.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business goals.
• Drive performance management, including setting KPIs, conducting evaluations, and supporting career development.
• Create and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities that support Blockmedia’s growth.
• Develop partnerships with external organizations to enhance brand visibility and attract top-tier talent.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in HR management, business development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of startup dynamics and fast-paced work environments.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to rapid change.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
