Job Description

Our client, located in Nashville, TN. is seeking a direct-hire HR Generalist to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known, healthcare company in the middle TN market who is offering a hybrid schedule and a warm, welcoming team.
Duties:
  • Recruitment and Staffing - Including working with hiring manager to identify staffing needs; sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates; coordinate job offers and onboarding processes; and new employee orientation
  • Benefits Administration - Including assisting employees with benefit inquiries and enrollment processes; Collaborate with benefit providers to resolve issues
  • Leave Administration
  • Policy Enforcement
  • HR Compliance - stay informed of labor laws and industry trends and supporting audits and investigations as needed
  • Employee relations to include conflict resolutions, conducting employee feedback sessions, and assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives
  • HR administration duties to include updating HR records and documentation and assist with HR reporting
Requirements:
  • Healthcare Experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and minimum of three year's experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and policy enforcement.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Title: HR Generalist
Location: Nashville, TN
Schedule: Hybrid schedule with 3-4 days on-site
Pay : $70-$75k depending on experience

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;

  • licensure and certification requirements;

  • office location and other geographic considerations;

  • other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the referenced salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
