We could list all the typical responsibilities of a Plant Manager, but we believe the title speaks for itself. We're looking for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, is passionate about operational excellence, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years in plant management or as a general manager, ideally in a privately-owned, fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
• Decision-Making: Comfortable making quick, effective decisions without the red tape of investor constraints.
• Continuous Improvement: A proactive mindset for implementing process improvements swiftly and effectively.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Netsuite.
• Leadership: A collaborative leader who inspires teams and drives results.

What You’ll Do:

• Overseeing daily plant operations with efficiency and precision.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Leading with a hands-on approach to foster teamwork and productivity.
