Job Description

Are you passionate about agriculture and eager to work on a diverse, family-owned dairy farm? We are working with a 3rd generation family farm that is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Hand. Their farm is home to about 500 head of dairy cattle and spans 1,000 acres of farm land.

Key Responsibilities:

* Milking & Feeding: Assist with the daily milking of cows and ensure they are fed properly to maintain their health and productivity.
* Equipment Operation: Operate various farming equipment safely and efficiently, including tractors and other machinery.
* Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on farming equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
* General Farm Tasks: Participate in other farm-related tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of their operations.

Qualifications:

* Prior experience in dairy farming or agricultural work is preferred but not required.
* Ability to operate and maintain farming equipment safely.
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
* Team player with good communication skills.
* Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
