Position Description

Wilshire Skyline is a real estate firm with affiliated private equity and law practices, headquartered in Beverly Hills, CA. We are seeking an organized, experienced and productive Executive Assistant to support a C-level Managing Partner. This is a demanding and rewarding role suited for a detail-oriented professional with well-honed skills and strong judgment.

Who You Are

You are a seasoned Executive Assistant who brings clarity, order, and excellence to every aspect of your work.

You have a proven track record of supporting high-level executives and thrive in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments.

You possess exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—and are confident navigating legal and financial documents, drafting reports, and preparing executive-level correspondence.

You are tech-savvy and comfortable managing multiple projects with professionalism.

You are meticulous with details and naturally think several steps ahead.

You care deeply about the quality of your work and the success of your team.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain and manage the executive’s complex calendar and coordinate internal and external meetings.

· Anticipate scheduling needs and prepare briefing materials and “look ahead” summaries.

· Draft, edit, and manage professional correspondence, investor reports, and other written communications.

· Draft and edit pitch decks, presentations and marketing materials.

· Manage Asana and / or other project management tools.

· Assist with research and due diligence processes and documents.

· Update and prepare teaching materials.

· Coordinate logistics for events, investor meetings, and team initiatives.

· Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality.

· Learn and implement new technologies or platforms as needed.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) strongly preferred.

· Minimum of 10 years of experience as an executive assistant, ideally in a legal, finance, or real estate environment.

· Exceptional writing and proofreading skills.

· Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience with Asana or other project management tools preferred.

· Background in supporting legal professionals or high-net-worth principals.

· Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies.
