Pohanka Collision in Salisbury, MD is hiring for an entry level receptionist to join our team! Do you enjoy meeting new people and helping out customers? Are you detail oriented and self motivated with strong communication skills? If your answer is yes, we want to talk to you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and Check-In Customers
• Answer phones and handle clerical duties
• Manager mail distribution
• Update customers on the status of their vehicles
• Additional tasks assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dealership experience is a plus but not necessary
• Strong Multi-tasking skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with word processing
• Self-Motivated
• Detailed oriented
