Position Details:

Location: Winter Haven and Bartow

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Status: Fulltime, Exempt

The Manager, Team Member Relations is responsible for:

  • The coordination of human resources functions including employment, team member relations, team member services, reward and recognition, regulatory compliance, team member communication and overall operation of the Team Resources Department.
  • Serve as a dedicated HR partner for Physician Residents and Core Faculty, guiding them through HR policies, compliance requirements, and employment matters.
  • Manage the Resident Remediation process, ensuring appropriate support and adherence to regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Experience:

  • Required: 5 years in Human Resources , including at least 3 years in Employee Relations .
  • Preferred: 3 years of management experience .
  • Experience in HR functions supporting Physician Residents , including:
  • Resident remediation processes
  • Compliance with employment laws and accreditation standards
