As the Director of Business Development, you will report directly to the Country General Manager and work on-site at our Korea location. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and expanding a global pipeline of business opportunities with Korean companies operating outside Korea. You will lead an operating system to coordinate win strategies in collaboration with global teams, while establishing and strengthening relationships with key decision-makers in Korea. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams and commercial leaders to define and drive future growth strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Developing and growing global pipeline of business opportunities with Korean companies outside of Korea
+ Leading an operating system to coordinate win strategy of pursuits with teams globally
+ Establishing and strengthening relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders in Korea
+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams globally to win new business
+ Working closely with commercial teams across all Honeywell strategic business groups and Korea country president to define future growth strategy
+ Creating and managing performance metrics and reporting tools
+ Ensuring compliance with global project management standards and guidelines
+ Setting targets and budgets for projects
**Qualifications:**
+ 15+ years of experience in business development or related roles
+ Prior experience in a guiding or director-level position
+ Experience in a regional director-level role
+ Strong guiding and people management skills
+ Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
+ Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
+ Exceptional English and Korean communication and people-oriented skills
