Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve our marketing objectives, increase keyword rankings, drive targeted traffic to our website, and generate high-quality content for our family of brands. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong project management, writing, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing channels.
· Create and manage engaging content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and other digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
· Conduct keyword research, implement SEO best practices, and optimize web pages for search performance, including tracking and analyzing sites.
· Manage social media content calendar, create compelling campaigns, and engage with our community across multiple platforms.
· Plan, segment, and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring targeted messaging and consistent performance tracking.
· Perform ongoing research on target audiences, competitors, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
· Collaborate with marketing team members to maintain consistent branding and assist in managing relationships with external vendors.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
· Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush), and content management systems (WordPress).
· Knowledge of social media management tools and email marketing software (e.g., HubSpot).
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in professional writing, editing, and creating digital content.
· Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
