DELIVERY DRIVER & DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANT - MIDLAND, TX

Job Summary:

Diamondback Industries, a leading manufacturer of proprietary energetics and tools for oil well completions and wireline companies, is hiring a Delivery Driver and Distribution Assistant for our Midland, Texas distribution location. This role primarily involves driving and deliveries but also provides opportunities to grow within operations and administrative support. You'll work closely with the Midland Distribution Manager to improve logistics, inventory management, and customer order processing. Job Functions:

• Handle deliveries and timely customer service, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Lift and carry heavy loads (over 50 lbs.) as needed.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet customer needs and be on call for deliveries and requests.
• Assist in inventory control and stock management, while supporting Midland Distribution Manager in coordinating daily logistics and customer service tasks.
• Work in a warehouse environment, managing inventory and help maintain organization.
• Participate in a team environment, rotational on-call schedule for deliveries, as needed.
• Gain hands-on experience with warehouse operations, compliance, and internal systems.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly.
• Must pass Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Responsible Person background check.
• Must have strong computer skills – this is a key part of the role; NetSuite/similar ERP systems experience preferred.
• Current knowledge of frac location delivery processes is highly valued.
• Excellent customer service skills, which include strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company, plus eager to understand inventory control, order processing, and logistics operations.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery role is a plus.

*Standard background check and drug testing is required.

*Compensation up to $65,000 annual salary depends on experience and years of service.

*Medical insurance is 70% less cost to employee based off national average.
