Customer Success/Support Intern – Internship Opportunity

Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or support tickets.
Help document customer feedback and concerns for the Customer Success team.
Monitor support tickets and follow up on unresolved issues.
Conduct kick-off calls and assist in onboarding new clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Assist in user training sessions and webinars, helping customers maximize the value of the product or service.
Participate in customer success initiatives, such as engagement campaigns, retention efforts, and follow-up communications.
Skills Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to learn quickly and explain software-related queries in a simple, clear manner.
Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Familiarity with CRM tools or support ticketing systems is a plus.
