Corporate Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and support a high-performing HR team in Raleigh, NC . This role is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, support organizational goals, and ensure compliance with employment regulations. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering employee development, and driving HR excellence. Key Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering continuous growth and performance.
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, advising on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Oversee the performance management process to support professional development and organizational productivity.
- Resolve employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
- Administer and communicate employee benefit programs; manage the open enrollment process and vendor relationships.
- Oversee leave of absence processes including FMLA, short-term, and long-term disability in partnership with third-party administrators.
- Collaborate with payroll and finance teams on audits and compliance matters, including retirement plans and HR-related reporting.
- Lead employee wellbeing initiatives and serve as a champion for health, wellness, and engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR reporting and analytics, generating workforce reports, conducting analysis, and presenting actionable insights.
- Maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, system security, and efficient use of technology for HR operations.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with experience in a managerial or senior HR role.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- In-depth understanding of employment law, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
