Ciao! Welcome to Bartucci, a luxury hair salon located in the vibrant Fulton Market District of Chicago. We are a community of creative minds with a passion for beauty, fashion, and art, looking to add a dynamic Client Service Coordinator to our team.

We are driven to inspire and excite every guest with the best hair services, exceptional customer service, and a curated retail selection.

We are in a fast-paced environment and need a team-player who is eager to learn and grow with the company. The primary focus of this position is the client experience and ensuring the highest level of customer service. Experience in a salon or retail environment is required.

The job responsibilities will include [but are not limited to]:

• Act as the first point of contact by greeting, checking-in and hosting guests as they arrive
• Answering the phone and fielding questions; booking and confirming appointments utilizing the salon software; maintain up-to-date information in client files
• Handle POS transactions; responsible for retail sales for all walk-in customers
• Stocking and merchandising retail products; receiving inventory and purchase orders
• Assist in general salon operations and marketing activities such as: social media posts, email outreach, photography, copywriting and more

Qualifications

· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate in a professional manner with clients, coworkers and management

· Exceptional time management skills, exhibiting sound judgment and the ability to prioritize

· Technologically savvy; experience with POS systems, Microsoft Excel and Gmail Suite

Experience

• Customer Service (Required)
• Retail Sales (Strongly preferred)
• Prior Salon Experience (Strongly preferred)

Dress Code : Because of your high visibility and interaction with every client, you are expected to dress appropriately in polished, fashionable attire that aligns with the premium brand experience

Job Type : Part-time, 24+ hours per week.

Hours: We are open Tuesday through Saturday
