This position will add to our growing Accounting & Finance Recruiting team. Unity Search is an Executive Search Firm that specializes in the placement of Accounting, Finance, Tax, HR, and Technology professionals within a variety of industries and professional service firms. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 5+ years of external agency business development experience. Previous recruitment agency experience is required , and being in the contract space is highly preferred.

Here’s what your day will look like:

• Lead generation, using your sophisticated understanding of social media and various online technologies, to identify key prospects
• Maintain and update a prospective client pipeline by cold calling/prospecting calls
• Set and execute sales appointments with key decision makers
• Develop and maintain deep client relations through relationship driven calls and meetings
• Conduct contract and fee negotiations
• Communicate regularly with the recruiting team to inform them of upcoming and potential needs of clients
• Meet personal sales targets and business unit profit targets
