Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years combined experiences in Supply Chain / ERP / Warehouse management and in Supply chain / ERP / Procurement / Source to Pay processes.
Strong SAP Procurement knowledge of both Direct & Indirect processes, Outline Agreements, Inter and Intra plant and Company transfers, sub-contracting and vendor consignment process and associated master data.
Experience with configuration of SAP and able to consider integration points with
Planning and Manufacturing
Strong experience with logistics within SAP with Five years of recent SAP work experience in Logistics domestic and Outbound Processing, Transportation Management and associated master data requirements
Experience with Inbound and Outbound delivery processing including but not limited to Warehouse Management, Production Planning / Scheduling, associated master data requirements
Experience on configuration of SAP and able to consider integration points with Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality and Finance
Hands on experience with ALE and idoc processing
Fluent in English at business acumen level
Ability to travel within North America 25%, possibly more depending on needs of the project.
Preferred Qualifications:
Some Development (ABAP) experience
Hands-on experience with Procurement and Logistics data (master & transactional data) into SAP systems using SAP BODS, LSMW, BDC
Responsibilities:
Actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, Go Live and Hypercare of Supply Chain functionality will remain in existing SAP system while Commercial and Finance Processes move to the client's Global EBS system.
o Help drive the design, build, testing and cutover of a critical interface supporting process integration between two SAP systems (Procurement and Logistics remaining on existing SAP system while Order to Cash processes move to the Ecolab EBS system)
Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with our internal customers in this region (supported by the EBS Supply Chain workstream Lead).
Provide a creative source of ideas/solutions to address solution gaps and issues identified during Solution Confirmation workshops
Get involved and ensure standard SAP solution usage where possible and be able to provide workarounds where required and not supported by the existing target Template based on business scenarios
Customize/Configure SAP landscape while developing complex requirements for process or system solutions within the business domain leveraging multiple business requirements gathering methodologies to identify business, functional, and non-functional requirements
Participate in / support testing activities of configuration changes and new development including, but not limited to, creating test scenarios, executing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Maintain expert product knowledge using an analytical approach to identifying opportunities for enhancements
Develop and execute plans and organize work to ensure efficient delivery of results to meet business expectations
Other Interpersonal Skills / Attributes:
Fluent in English, both spoken with a strong business and written acumen level.
Strong conceptual and practical experience in partnering with business capability counterparts to enable effective partnership and bridge technical solutioning against local process requirements.
Experience in leading Solution Confirmation workshops. Use existing the target template processes and helping to articulate with the business what will and will not fit as part of fit/gap development, change impacts, key business and data risks.
Effective problem-solving skills can develop a strong problem statement which will resonate with both their business partners bottoms up and with leadership top down. Must understand the difference between those two concepts.
Must have a proactive and highly engaged approach in their working with business counterparts (we operate our deployment workstream teams using a two in the box approach one technical, one business for each process area with the associated / respective capability up to the workstream leaders).
