Hello, South Ogden Post-Acute Rehab in South Ogden, UT is actively looking to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant.

At South Ogden Post-Acute, our goal in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is to provide each patient with top-quality care. We strive to maximize each patient's functional independence to safely discharge her/him to the next level of care.

:

• Greet and welcome facility visitors
• Answer inbound phone calls
• Help and assist in ensuring medical records are organized, accurate and complete
• Help prepare for prospective new patient visits including calling families, coordinating with department heads
• Provide occasional aide functions such as upkeep of facility common area and preparing rooms for new admitting patients
• Assisting admission with incoming patients
• Alternating on call weekends

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Kind, cheerful demeanor, and an innate drive to help others
• Excellent communication skills, expert at working cooperatively as a member of a team
• Extraordinary attention-to-detail
• Comfortable fielding a high level of inbound phone calls
• Strong Microsoft Office experience
• One year of medical records experience in a long-term care facility or similar medical setting preferred
