We are partnering with a thriving local medical office to find a part-time Administrative Assistant. This growing clinic specializes in providing healing services such as acupuncture and sauna therapy and is dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive environment for patients. Patient Interaction: Check patients in and out, process payments, and update patient information. Ensure patients have completed necessary paperwork before appointments. Remind patients of appointments and schedule follow-up visits. Room Preparation: ~ Turn over rooms between appointments, change sheets, and handle laundry using the on-site washer/dryer. Administrative Tasks: Answer phones and communicate with patients and insurance companies. Perform basic medical filing. Assist with retail inventory and ordering through specific websites. Location: Fairport, NY 14450 Schedule: Part-Time Opportunity: Enjoy a consistent, part-time schedule that offers excellent work-life balance — perfect for those seeking flexibility in their week! Regular Hours: 10 hours/week. Wednesdays and Fridays, 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM Training Schedule (First 2 Weeks): Tuesdays, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, plus regular Wednesday and Friday hours Pay Rate: $16/hour Why Join Us?
